Tracy Fawver, MSW, LCSW
Tracy Fawver is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Albuquerque, NM, and the founder of FireFly Mental Health. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s complexities, Tracy specializes in trauma-informed care and works closely with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has extensive experience supporting survivors of abuse, individuals with PTSD, and those involved in the foster care and adoption system.
Tracy’s therapeutic approach is deeply compassionate and person-centered, integrating a range of evidence-based techniques including play therapy, sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also employs art therapy, narrative therapy, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and motivational interviewing to help her clients develop resilience and heal from past trauma.
Tracy is dedicated to empowering both her clients and their families, offering strategies to manage difficult behaviors such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), depression, anxiety and everyday stressors, while guiding parents in fostering strong, supportive relationships with their children.
Suzanne Diaz, MSW, LCSW
Suzanne is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in community behavioral health as a therapist. She is dedicated to advocating for the safety and well-being of children and other vulnerable populations, aligning with her passion for fostering a child’s growth and development. In addition to her work as a child therapist, Suzanne has experience as a teacher, tutor, and nanny, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of children’s needs. She cherishes the opportunity to view the world through the eyes of a child, valuing these moments deeply.
Suzanne has successfully treated a range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other social-emotional challenges. She employs a strengths-based approach and uses evidence-based modalities to inform her practice. With a collaborative mindset, Suzanne recognizes the importance of partnering with families and professionals, and she makes referrals to other specialized providers when needed.
The treatment modalities Suzanne utilizes in her practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Suzanne believes children deserve to feel safe, express their thoughts and emotions, and develop a positive sense of self. She empowers them to create shame-free narratives while learning healthy problem-solving and coping skills, which are key to their healing. Suzanne also strives to teach children that their voice is their most powerful tool; when they learn to use it effectively, they can communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs to others.
Suzanne is deeply committed to the growth and development of children, bringing an authentic, client-centered approach to her practice. She is licensed to practice in both Arizona and New Mexico.
Sarah Stone, MSW, LMSW
Sarah is a warm, relational therapist who brings a gentle, grounded presence to her work with children, young adults, individuals couples, and families. She believes that healing begins in spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique needs and strengths.
Sarah works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. With children, she provides thoughtful and developmentally appropriate care for a wide range of diagnoses including ADHD, PTSD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). Her background in multicultural childhood education informs her ability to connect with young clients across diverse backgrounds and needs.
She draws from evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and mindfulness. Sarah also incorporates parts work and narrative therapy to help clients explore and integrate different aspects of themselves with curiosity and compassion. In her work with couples and families, Sarah is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. She supports clients in fostering deeper understanding, trust, and meaningful reconnection.
Sarah is committed to cultural humility and creating inclusive, affirming spaces where clients of all ages and identities feel safe, respected, and empowered. She believes therapy is a place for reflection, relationship, and growth—and that even small moments of connection can lead to lasting, meaningful change.
Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Multicultural Education. Her diverse educational background informs her integrative, developmentally informed, client centered approach to therapy across the lifespan.
Kenneth Hutchinson, PHD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Ken is an experienced, deeply engaged, and empathic psychologist with over 40 years of clinical psychology experience. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working in private practice, as well as with the Veteran's Administration and other professional medical organizations. His work spans individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a focus on older adolescents and adults.
He specializes in psychotherapy grounded in a Gestalt therapy perspective, which emphasizes the co-creation of a meaningful and authentic connection in therapy. This approach helps clients explore and overcome the self-imposed limitations that disrupt their healthy functioning.
In addition to his clinical work, he is passionate about training other therapists in Gestalt therapy, specializing in working with professionals in the helping fields. He views therapy as a "hard work miracle," as Steven Johnson aptly puts it, and my goal is to assist clients in living richer, more meaningful, and deeply fulfilling lives.
